Nana’s Tropical Frozen Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1 cup chopped mango
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut

Instructions:

1. Blend Base: Mix cream cheese, heavy cream, and sugar until smooth.

2. Add Flavor: Stir in vanilla extract.

3. Fold in Fruits: Gently fold in pineapple, mango, banana, coconut, and nuts.

4. Freeze: Pour into a baking dish or serving cups, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze for at least 4 hours.

5. Serve: Let sit for 10-15 minutes before serving to soften.
