1 cup boiling water
1 cup cold water
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
1 cup miniature marshmallows
½ cup maraschino cherries, chopped
Instructions
Dissolve the cherry Jell-O in the boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved.
Stir in the cold water.
Let the mixture cool to room temperature without allowing it to set (about 20 to 30 minutes).
Stir in the sweetened condensed milk until fully combined.
Add the undrained crushed pineapple and stir to incorporate.
Fold in the thawed whipped topping using a rubber spatula until the mixture is smooth and evenly combined.
Add the miniature marshmallows and chopped maraschino cherries, folding them in gently to keep them distributed throughout without deflating the mixture.
