A delicious, simple, and healthy Instant Pot side dish!
Ingredients

- 2 cups Brown Rice
- 2 1/2 cups Water
- 1/2 tsp Coconut Oil
- 1/4 tsp sea salt, optional
Instructions
- Lightly coat the bottom and sides of the inner pot with coconut oil (to prevent sticking).
- Using a colander, rinse brown rice under cool water until water runs clear.
- Add the brown rice, salt, and water to your Instant Pot.
- Place the lid on, lock it, and seal.
- Set the Instant Pot on "Manual/Pressure Cook" for 22 minutes.
- After the Instant Pot is done cooking and beeps, allow the Instant Pot to naturally release for 10 minutes.
- Quick release remaining pressure and then fluff with a fork before serving.
- Cook Time: 22 minutes
