- 2 cups packed light brown sugar
- 3 large eggs, at room temperature
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chunks
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar until smooth, about 2 minutes.
- Add the eggs, vanilla extract, salt, and baking powder, mixing until fully incorporated.
- Gradually add the flour to the mixture and stir until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chunks and milk chocolate chips.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking pan and bake for 30 minutes. The edges should be set, and the center should be slightly soft.
