Description

Cheesy pepperoni pizza bombs with melted mozzarella and crispy golden crust – perfect easy snack for pizza night.

  • 1 can (16.3 oz) buttermilk biscuit dough (Grands!)
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 1/2 cups pepperoni slices, chopped
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Flatten each biscuit with your fingers or a rolling pin to form a small circle.
  3. Spoon a small amount of pizza sauce into the center of each biscuit, then add a few slices of pepperoni and a tablespoon of mozzarella cheese.
  4. Carefully fold the dough around the filling, pinching the edges to seal the biscuit into a ball.
  5. Place the pizza bombs onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Brush the mixture over the top of each pizza bomb.
  7. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top of each bomb for extra flavor.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Serve with pizza sauce for dipping and enjoy!
