Cheesy pepperoni pizza bombs with melted mozzarella and crispy golden crust – perfect easy snack for pizza night.

- 1 can (16.3 oz) buttermilk biscuit dough (Grands!)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 1/2 cups pepperoni slices, chopped
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Flatten each biscuit with your fingers or a rolling pin to form a small circle.
- Spoon a small amount of pizza sauce into the center of each biscuit, then add a few slices of pepperoni and a tablespoon of mozzarella cheese.
- Carefully fold the dough around the filling, pinching the edges to seal the biscuit into a ball.
- Place the pizza bombs onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Brush the mixture over the top of each pizza bomb.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top of each bomb for extra flavor.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve with pizza sauce for dipping and enjoy!
