  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 ¾ cups flour
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease the bundt pan.
  2. Toss apples with sugar and cinnamon, set aside.
  3. Mix flour, salt, and baking powder in one bowl.
  4. Whisk oil, sugars, eggs, vanilla, and orange juice in another bowl.
  5. Layer batter and apples in bundt pan.
  6. Cover and bake for 45 mins, uncover and bake for another 45 mins.
  7. Dust with powdered sugar and enjoy!
