- 6 apples (peeled, cored, and chopped)
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 2 ¾ cups flour
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- ¼ cup orange juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease the bundt pan.
- Toss apples with sugar and cinnamon, set aside.
- Mix flour, salt, and baking powder in one bowl.
- Whisk oil, sugars, eggs, vanilla, and orange juice in another bowl.
- Layer batter and apples in bundt pan.
- Cover and bake for 45 mins, uncover and bake for another 45 mins.
- Dust with powdered sugar and enjoy!
