- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
1️⃣ Melt butter, sauté garlic 1 minute.
2️⃣ Add chicken, pepper, and paprika; cook until browned.
3️⃣ Add BBQ sauce, honey, soy sauce, and chili flakes; simmer 3–4 minutes.
4️⃣ Add cooked rice; stir to coat in glaze.
5️⃣ Cook 2 more minutes. Serve hot.
