Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz medium pasta shells
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 cups beef stock
  • 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • 1️⃣ Boil pasta shells, drain, and set aside.
  • 2️⃣ Cook beef, onion, and garlic in olive oil.
  • 3️⃣ Add tomato paste, tomato sauce, and beef stock, simmer for 6-8 minutes.
  • 4️⃣ Stir in heavy cream and cheddar cheese, cook until smooth.
  • 5️⃣ Mix in pasta shells and let everything thicken for 5-10 mins.
