- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz medium pasta shells
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 cups beef stock
- 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- 1️⃣ Boil pasta shells, drain, and set aside.
- 2️⃣ Cook beef, onion, and garlic in olive oil.
- 3️⃣ Add tomato paste, tomato sauce, and beef stock, simmer for 6-8 minutes.
- 4️⃣ Stir in heavy cream and cheddar cheese, cook until smooth.
- 5️⃣ Mix in pasta shells and let everything thicken for 5-10 mins.
- 6️⃣ Serve and enjoy!
