- 1 lb lump crab meat
- 1 lb large shrimp (cooked and peeled)
- 1 cup celery (chopped)
- ½ cup red bell pepper (chopped)
- ½ cup green bell pepper (chopped)
- ¼ cup red onion (chopped)
- ¼ cup fresh parsley (chopped)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Dressing:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp Old Bay seasoning
- ½ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook shrimp if needed, then peel and cool.
- In a bowl, combine crab, shrimp, celery, peppers, onion, and parsley.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, mustard, Old Bay, paprika, and cayenne.
- Pour dressing over the seafood mixture and toss gently.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Serve cold.
