Ingredients

  • 1 lb lump crab meat
  • 1 lb large shrimp (cooked and peeled)
  • 1 cup celery (chopped)
  • ½ cup red bell pepper (chopped)
  • ½ cup green bell pepper (chopped)
  • ¼ cup red onion (chopped)
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

For the Dressing:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook shrimp if needed, then peel and cool.
  2. In a bowl, combine crab, shrimp, celery, peppers, onion, and parsley.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, mustard, Old Bay, paprika, and cayenne.
  4. Pour dressing over the seafood mixture and toss gently.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Serve cold.
